A Handforged Dome With A Splash Of Colour

The Harborne pendant brings a classic dome silhouette into a room, spun from solid copper and given a distinctive coloured exterior. Lift the shade and the interior turns to bright hammered copper, catching and bouncing light back into the room whenever the bulb is lit.

The Upstream Finish

This version is finished in Upstream, a deep river toned blue set as a matte coat over the copper base. The colour wraps the outside of the dome from rim to gallery, while the inside is left as bare hammered copper, polished bright and catching light with every dimple left by the hammer.

• A single pendant light, supplied fully wired with a matching ceiling rose and all necessary fixings.
• Comes with 1.5m of black fabric cable as standard.
• Takes an LED bulb of 6W maximum with an E27 fitting, bulb not included.
• Dimmable when fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb.

Where It Works Best

The Upstream colourway suits kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and hallways, where a splash of blue against warm copper adds real character. Hang it low over a dining table for a focused pool of light, or use two or three together above a kitchen island for a bolder run of colour.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. Lighting joined the range later, and this Harborne pendant is still shaped and finished by hand at that same Welsh workshop, with each dome hand spun and given its own coloured coat.

Questions People Ask

• Is the inside of the shade also blue? No. Only the outside of the dome is finished in Upstream blue. The inside is left as bright, hammered copper.
• Can I use a dimmer switch with this pendant? Yes, as long as the LED bulb fitted is itself a dimmable model.
• What bulb does this pendant take? It takes an LED bulb with an E27 fitting, rated at 6W maximum. The bulb itself is not included.
• Can I hang more than one together? Yes. Because each Harborne pendant is a single fitting, several can be grouped together, which works well above a kitchen island or a long dining table.
