A six arm chandelier built to make a statement
The Drawing Room 6 light chandelier steps up the scale of the collection, with six arms fanning out from a central column, each carrying a pressed glass bowl in a die-cast aluminium fitter. The fretwork ironwork and overlapping arch detailing in the glass carry through from the smaller pieces in the range, but at this size the Edwardian character really comes to the fore.
Walnut finish
The Walnut finish deepens the ironwork to a rich, dark brown that holds up well at this larger scale, giving the piece real presence rather than looking overworked, and it suits grander rooms with the height and floor space to take a six arm chandelier properly.

Six bulbs are required, none included, so you will need to add six to your order. Given the size and weight involved, we would strongly recommend a qualified electrician for installation, including a check that the ceiling fixing point is rated to take it.
Where it works best
This is suited to larger dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms with good ceiling height, where it can hang as a genuine centrepiece rather than feeling cramped. It is intended for indoor use only.
The story behind Feiss
Imported European porcelain figurines, wired into lamp bases and finished with shades hand sewn by Rose Feiss, were the foundation Murray Feiss built on when he started his lighting business in the South Bronx in 1955. The family run operation he founded grew across three generations into one of America's best known decorative lighting houses, taking in chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, and its design heritage now sits within Visual Comfort & Co. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe, adapting collections such as Drawing Room for 220 to 240V electrics. Drawing Room's own design is rooted in an Edwardian ironwork tradition, its pressed glass bowls, die-cast fitters and fretwork detailing drawing on British architectural themes of the period.
