How bright is this fitting?
The brightness depends entirely on which bulbs you choose. With modern LED G9 bulbs it'll give a decent light level, but the six shades space the light out so it's more about ambience and visual interest than task lighting. If you need a really bright feature wall light, this might work better paired with another fitting elsewhere in the room.

Can I use dimmer bulbs, like 5W instead of 10W?
Yes, absolutely. The 10W is a maximum rating. Dimmer bulbs will simply give you less light output while using less electricity.

Does it only come in polished nickel?
