Across the five tiers you get 90 G9 lamps in total, each one 10W maximum, producing a strong, evenly spread light rather than a single bright source. Bulbs are not included and need to be dimmable if you want to run the fitting from a dimmer switch. It's wired to Class I standards, so an earth connection is required at installation. With an IP20 rating, it's intended for dry indoor spaces only, so bathrooms and similarly damp rooms are not appropriate.
