Smoke glass gives this Farnley pendant a moodier, more atmospheric look than clear glass, tinting the light slightly as it passes through the shades. The satin black frame carries two tiers, a 60cm ring above an 80cm ring, with 24 G9 fittings in total, so there is a good spread of individual points of light rather than one flat glow.

It works well as a statement piece over a dining table, in a hallway with a high ceiling, or above a kitchen island where you want some drama. This is an indoor fitting, so keep it out of bathrooms and steamy rooms, and choose warm white G9 lamps to bring out the smoked tone of the glass.
