If you already own a Springfield glass shade or prefer to choose one separately, this kit gives you everything else needed to hang it, turning two separate pieces into a complete pendant tailored to exactly what you want.

Any Springfield glass shade will fit perfectly, so you have plenty of choice depending on the look you're going for. The frame itself is quite minimal, so it doesn't compete with the shade visually.

Can I use a non-Springfield shade?
