This is a table lamp base from the Maple range in aged brass, designed for anyone who already has a favourite shade at home or wants to choose one separately. The base alone gives you the flexibility to match your own glass or fabric shade and create a lighting piece that suits your existing décor exactly.

Choosing Your Finish

Aged brass has a warm, slightly antiqued patina that suits both traditional and contemporary interiors. It pairs well with many shade colours and textures. This base is available in other Maple finishes if you prefer a different metal tone.

How It Works

An inline switch on the base controls the light. It takes a single E27 bulb, maximum 20W, sold separately. The base is Class II wired and does not require an earth connection. It is dimmable if you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Where It Works Best

As a table lamp base, this works in living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways. With an IP20 rating it is for dry indoor use only. Choose a shade to suit the room and the style you're creating.

The base is compact at 15.5cm tall, so you'll want a proportional shade - typically between 20 and 30cm in diameter works well with this base height.

No, this is the base only. You can choose and fit your own shade separately.
