One E27 bulb socket accepts bulbs up to 20W maximum, though the actual wattage depends on your chosen shade. Bulbs don't come with the kit—you'll select these once you've picked your glass or diffuser. It's dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Class II electrical standards mean no earth connection is needed.
