Mainly the orientation. The horizontal version is wider, this one taller, so you choose based on the wall space and visual impact you're after.

Can I replace the acrylic if it gets damaged?
The acrylic front is part of the magnetic plate system, so it's not a separate replaceable element. If it's damaged, the whole plate would need replacing, not just the diffuser.
