Choosing Your Finish

This one comes in a soft matt white that disappears nicely into a pale ceiling or ceiling rose while still giving the rings themselves plenty of presence once lit. How It Works

The light source here is a single integrated LED unit built into the rings themselves, so there's no separate lamp to fit or swap out later on, just a clean 4000K glow rated at roughly 2996 lumens. It's dimmable using a 3 step touch dimmer that works through a standard wall switch, giving you a few brightness levels rather than a single on off setting. Wiring is to Class II standard, so it doesn't need an earth connection as part of installation. With an IP20 rating, it's designed for dry indoor spaces only and isn't suited to bathrooms or anywhere it might come into contact with moisture.

Jessel suits main living spaces well, think a living room, dining room or bedroom where you want a ceiling fitting with a bit of visual interest rather than a plain flush disc. It also works nicely over a kitchen island or in a hallway, anywhere a wide, even spread of light is more useful than a single point source. As it's rated IP20, keep it to these dry indoor rooms rather than bathrooms or anywhere damp.

Design Details

The two ring design is put together from aluminium and iron with silicone detailing, which keeps the rings looking crisp and lightweight rather than bulky. Because the LED is built in rather than sitting behind a separate shade, the whole fitting reads as one continuous piece of light rather than a light source housed inside a fitting, which is part of what gives it that slightly sculptural look.
