Tiffany glass can fade over many years of direct sunlight exposure, but it happens very slowly. If your lamp sits in a window that gets strong afternoon sun, you might consider a spot that gets indirect light instead to preserve the colour.

Can I replace just the shade if it gets damaged?
The shade and base are sold as one complete lamp. If the shade breaks, we're unable to supply a replacement shade separately.

Is it safe to leave this lamp on all day?
Yes, it's safe to leave on as long as you're using bulbs within the 60W maximum specification. That said, LEDs are more energy efficient and stay much cooler than older incandescent bulbs.
