Hornbeam is a table lamp built around a genuine Tiffany glass shade, with a 40cm dome pieced together from small sections of purple and pink glass in a mosaic dragonfly pattern. The tree like base gives it a slightly organic, sculptural shape that stands apart from a plain lamp base, and the glasswork glows nicely once lit.

With two lamp holders inside the shade, it throws a good spread of warm, coloured light rather than a single narrow beam, which makes it well suited to a bedside table or a living room console where you want light with a bit of character. It's an indoor lamp, best kept away from damp rooms.
