You can adjust the drop from the ceiling anywhere up to 87cm, letting you hang it as a full pendant or pull it closer to the ceiling as a semi flush light depending on your room height. Class I wiring means an earth connection is needed. IP20 rating means it's for dry indoor spaces only.

What's the difference between hanging it as a pendant and semi flush?
You adjust the same wire to set the drop you want. Hang it at full length (up to 87cm) for a traditional pendant look, or pull it closer to the ceiling if your room is smaller or you want a semi flush installation.

Are the bulbs included?
No, this fitting takes four E14 decorative candle bulbs which are sold separately. Choose dimmable bulbs if you want to use a dimmer.
