Endon Twist Table Lamp - Oak Effect Resin & Zigzag 25cm Pearl Grey Fabric Shade

An Oak Effect Twisted Stem Base With A Pearl Grey Zigzag Shade

The Twist table lamp pairs a slender rope twist column in a warm oak effect finish with a 25cm Zigzag shade in pearl grey, soft brown and white. The woodgrain look of the base and the muted chevron print on the shade sit together quietly, so this is a lamp that settles into a room rather than shouting for attention. It is a good size for a bedside table or a console.

Oak Effect Resin With A Hand Pleated Pearl Grey Faux Silk Shade

The stem and round base are moulded in resin and finished to look like pale oak, with a visible grain that runs around every turn of the twist. Resin keeps the ridges sharp and the lamp light enough to move about easily. The lamp holder at the top has a brass coloured finish and the natural braided cable leaves through the back of the base.

The Zigzag shade is handmade in a tapered shape with gathered pleats, cut from digitally printed faux silk in a pearl grey zigzag pattern with soft brown and off white stripes. The top and bottom edges are taped, and a plain inner lining gives a warm, even light when the lamp is on and hides the bulb from view.

How It Works

This is a plug in table lamp. It takes one E14 small screw fitting LED bulb, which is not included, and it is not dimmable. The inline on off switch sits on the 1.5 metre natural braided cable. The lamp is supplied with a European two pin plug and a UK three pin adapter, so it can be plugged into a standard UK socket straight away. The base comes assembled and the shade simply slots over the lamp holder.

Where It Works Best

At 51.5cm tall with a 25cm wide shade, the Twist suits a bedside table, a hallway console, a chest of drawers or a side table beside a sofa. The oak effect base and grey zigzag shade are easy going colours that work with white walls, pale wood and grey or linen textiles, so it fits a calm bedroom or living room without any fuss. There is a matching Twist floor lamp if you want the same look on a larger scale.
