A Tall Brass Wall Light With An Apricot Orange Zigzag Shade
The Diamond Tall wall light takes a geometric diamond backplate in antique brass, adds a long slender stem, and tops it with a 16cm pleated shade printed in apricot orange and white zigzags. The proportions are what set it apart. The tall stem lifts the shade well clear of the backplate, so the fitting feels light and elegant on the wall rather than chunky, and the warm orange print gives it a cheerful, sunny character.
Antique Brass With A Pleated Faux Silk Shade
The diamond wall back is solid cast zinc, hand crafted and finished in a soft brass patina. The stepped edges catch the light and give the plate a little depth. From the centre of the plate a steel stem in the same antique brass finish rises to an authentic brass B22 lamp holder.
The tapered shade is handmade from digitally printed faux silk in an apricot orange zigzag, gathered into fine pleats with taped edges top and bottom and a plain inner lining. Lit, the orange glows and the white chevrons soften. Unlit, the pattern stays sharp and bright against the brass.
How It Works
This is a hardwired wall light rated Class I. It takes one B22 bayonet LED bulb of up to 7W, which is not included. It is dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The shade comes in its own box and sits over the lamp holder once the wall fitting is up.

At 36.5cm high, 16cm wide and 20.5cm projection from the wall, the Diamond Tall is slim enough for narrow stretches of wall but tall enough to make a statement. Try one each side of a bed where a bedside table is too small for a lamp, in pairs along a hallway, or flanking a mirror in a dining room. The apricot orange shade warms up cool grey and white panelled walls and looks especially rich against terracotta, dusky pink or deep green.
