The York porch lantern hangs from its own black chain rather than sitting flush or on a post, so it swings gently and throws light down and out in the way an old coach lantern would outside a front door.
Chain hung and cast in black
The lantern body is diecast aluminium finished in black, glazed with the same textured glass used through the York range, and suspended from a chain that can be set at different drops to suit the height of your porch.
How it works
It's designed for a single E27 bulb, not included, and dims if you fit a dimmable one. With an IP43 rating it's built to handle everyday outdoor conditions.
Where it works best
A natural fit above a front door or in a covered porch, and it also suits a garden pergola or covered walkway where a hanging light feels more at home than a wall mounted one.
