Five arms reach out from a wrought iron ring no bigger than a dinner plate, each one holding a candle style bulb above its own drip pan. It is the sort of chandelier that looks like it has always hung there, even on day one.
A weathered graphite black
The finish has real depth to it, a mottled graphite black rather than a single flat tone, with small diamond studs set into the ring. The chains carry the same dark iron colour down to the ceiling plate, so nothing about it looks like an afterthought.
How it works
Five E14 holders sit spaced evenly around the ring on suspended chains, so the light gathers in the centre of a room rather than beaming in one direction.
Where it works best
A kitchen table, a snug dining room, a farmhouse hallway with a bit of height to it. Five lights is enough to properly light a table without overwhelming a modest sized room.
