A twist of amber glass

The Tiber pendant is built around a mouth blown glass shade with a gentle twisted, optic texture and a warm amber tint, so even switched off it catches the light in an interesting way. Despite its compact size, it has real presence, whether hung on its own or grouped with others.

Finish and details

The gallery, lamp holder and braided flex are all finished in brushed brass, a soft, matte metal that sits well against the amber glass rather than competing with it. It is a warm pairing that works equally well against dark walls or pale ones.

How it works

Fitted with a single E27 lamp, the Tiber throws light out through the twisted glass, creating a soft pattern rather than a flat glow. It is dimmable if you fit a dimmable LED lamp, so you can take it from a bright task light down to something more atmospheric.

Where it works best

It suits kitchens and dining rooms in particular, whether as a single drop over a small table, or clustered in twos or threes at staggered heights over an island or run of worktop.
