A short lamp post for a garden or driveway

The Parish Mini pillar takes the same lantern head as the rest of the range and raises it up on a slim post, so it reads as a scaled down street lamp rather than a wall fitting. At around 95cm tall, it sits at a height that lights the ground around it without towering over a border or path.

Finish

Finished in black, with clear glass panels held in a die cast aluminium frame, the fitting keeps the same hexagonal lantern shape used across the Parish Mini family, so the bulb is visible from every angle rather than hidden behind solid metal.

How it works

It takes a single E27 lamp, is wired to Class I and carries an IP44 rating, so it is built to stand outside permanently. The post fixes down onto its own base plate, which means it needs a flat, firm surface underneath rather than being driven straight into soil.

Where it works best

Its modest height suits a front garden path, the edge of a driveway or a spot beside steps, anywhere a full height lamp post would be too tall but a low level light would get lost. A pair either side of a path or gate gives a neat, symmetrical result.
