A long swan neck arm carries a wide flat cap and a rounded glass shade underneath, open at the base so the bulb itself becomes part of the fitting rather than something hidden away.

The white finish

It's a crisp, matte white powder coating over a 304 grade stainless steel body, giving it a clean, almost Scandinavian cottage look. Against white or pale render it sits quietly on the wall, while against darker brick or timber it stands out as a proper feature rather than an afterthought bolted on above the door.

How It Works

Underneath the cap sits a single E27 lamp holder behind clear glass, dimmable if you fit a dimmable bulb, wired on a standard Class I electrical connection. Because the shade is open at the bottom rather than boxed in, light spreads generously across the area right below it rather than staying trapped inside the shade.

Where It Works Best

The 42cm arm gives good projection out from the wall, so it earns its place either side of a front door, along a garden wall, or over a side gate where you want proper coverage of the step or path underneath. It's IP44 rated for outdoor use, and reads well on cottages and coastal style houses where an all black fitting might feel too heavy.

Does it come with a bulb? No. It takes one E27 bulb which isn't included, so choose a dimmable LED bulb if you want to use it with a dimmer switch.
