Cast in black die cast aluminium, the cage is crossed with the same bar pattern that gives Hereford its name, dividing the glass into small window like panes rather than one plain cylinder. The glass itself has a soft seeded texture, with tiny trapped bubbles that scatter the light rather than a perfectly clear pane.

How It Works

A single E27 lamp holder sits inside the cage, the bulb not supplied, so you can choose your own wattage and colour temperature. It is wired as a Class I fitting, meaning it needs an earthed supply, and if you want it on a dimmer switch, simply fit a dimmable bulb.
