An English lantern that hangs rather than sits
This version of the Hereford is built to hang from a chain rather than mount flat, with the same scrollwork panels and glass cylinder as the rest of the range but suspended below a small pyramid roof.
Finish
It is cast in black die cast aluminium with clear glass, giving the scrollwork a strong silhouette whether the light behind it is on or off.
How it works
Inside sits a single E27 lamp holder, and the chain allows the drop to be adjusted between roughly 40 and 50cm, so it can be set to suit the height of your porch.
Where it works best
Porches, covered entrances and gateways with enough headroom for a hanging fitting, particularly where you already have a hook or bracket fixed into a ceiling or beam.
