The Cromwell 5 Light Chandelier takes its shape from an old cartwheel design: a wide iron ring banded with riveted straps, with five candle style arms rising from its rim on ball feet. Sitting in the middle of the Cromwell size range, it's large enough to anchor a table without needing a lofty ceiling, spreading five points of light around a 67cm ring rather than gathering them into a tight cluster.

Old Bronze finish

Cast in wrought iron and finished in Old Bronze, the ring, arms and drip pans carry a deliberately uneven, aged tone rather than one flat colour, so the hammered rivet heads and strap joints along the band catch the light differently depending on where you're standing. It reads as weathered, worked metal rather than a plain painted black finish.

How It Works

Five E14 candle bulbs sit on individual drip pans around the ring, wired up through a central chain rather than through the arms themselves, which is why the chain stays visible through the middle of the fitting once it's hung. That chain adjusts from 59cm down to 200cm, so it can be shortened for a standard ceiling or dropped further for a taller room, such as over a stairwell or a double height dining space. Bulbs aren't included, so you'll need to fit five E14 bulbs before use, and we'd recommend an E14 LED candle bulb to keep running costs down.
