Traditional candlelight, without the candles
The Chartwell 2 Light Wall Light has the look of a hand wrought candle sconce: two curved arms reaching out from a fluted rosette backplate, each finished with a small forged hook and an ivory candle tube sleeve under the bulb. It suits a hallway with a bit of character, or a dining room going for something other than a single pendant overhead.
Finished in black, with wire bound joints where the arms meet the frame, a detail that is usually hidden on cast fittings but left visible here as part of the design.
How it works
Two E14 candle bulbs sit upright in the ivory sleeves, clear rather than shaded, so the light reads as an open flame rather than being diffused. Both dim if you fit dimmable lamps.

Hallways, landings, dining rooms or either side of a fireplace, anywhere you want a wall light with a period look rather than a modern shade.
