A Bit of Old Ironwork, Brought Indoors

The Belfry has the look of something forged rather than cast, the kind of fitting that suits a house with beams or stone rather than plain plaster. Two arms sweep up and out from a central backplate, each ending in a candle style bulb holder with a twisted barley finial hanging below.

Black Mild Steel, Finished Without Polish

Made from mild steel and finished in black, the Belfry doesn't try to look refined. The arms curve simply, the drops beneath them are twisted like rope, and the backplate carries a repeated flower motif that ties the whole fitting together.

How It Works

It takes two E14 candle bulbs, not included, one at the end of each arm, giving a softer, warmer spread of light rather than a bright wash across the room.

Where It Works Best

A hallway, dining room or living room with some beams, stone or panelling nearby, though it sits just as comfortably in a bedroom as a softer accent light.
