A clean geometric silhouette

Ascent is built around a single idea: a tall, tapering column that narrows steadily from a wide base up to the shade, with no arms, joints or extra detailing to distract from the shape. It reads as a piece of furniture as much as a light.

Finish

Here the whole column is done in a mirror polished nickel, giving it a much brighter, more reflective presence than a painted finish. It's topped with a charcoal fabric shade that has a subtle textured weave, which grounds the shine below it and keeps the light it casts nice and warm.

How it works

Takes a single E27 bulb inside the shade, with dimming possible if you fit a dimmable bulb and have a compatible dimmer switch.

Where it works best

The reflective column works well in a room that already has some other metallics on show, and its height makes it a good choice for filling an empty corner or standing beside a chair without needing floor space for a wide base.
