The five arm version of Artisan
Take the Artisan chandelier and add two more arms, and the effect changes completely: what was a fairly compact fitting becomes a proper centrepiece, with five scrolled arms spreading out from the same elongated brass cage and twisted knot drop.
Aged brass finish
It's finished in a warm, softly toned brass rather than a mirror polish, so the ironwork looks like it has already settled into the room rather than fighting for attention on day one.
How it works
Five E14 bulbs sit openly in candle style holders around the frame. The chain can be shortened or lengthened to set the drop anywhere between 50cm and 94cm, and if your ceiling is low, the fitting can be converted to sit almost flush against it instead of hanging on a long chain.
Where it works best
At 47cm across, it has the scale for a dining table, a stairwell or a larger bedroom, anywhere that can take a wider spread of light. Elstead lists it as suited to living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways.
