The Artisan 5 Light Chandelier takes the collection's elongated cage and twisted knot drop and gives it five scrolled arms instead of three, turning a fairly compact fitting into a genuine centrepiece with a wide spread of candle style light.

Aged brass finish

Finished in a warm, softly toned aged brass rather than a bright polish, the steel frame has a look that has already settled in rather than one still fighting for attention. The cage, chain, arms and twisted drop all share the same finish, so the fitting reads as one consistent piece.

How It Works

Five E14 lamp holders sit openly in candle style holders around the central cage. Fit dimmable bulbs and use them with a compatible dimmer switch and the chandelier will dim; without one, it simply switches on and off at full brightness. The chain lets you set the drop anywhere between 50cm and 94cm at installation, and where a ceiling is too low for that, the fitting converts to hang almost flush against it instead.

At 47cm across with five arms in play, it has the scale for a dining table, a stairwell or a larger bedroom, rather than a small hallway or box room. Is the Artisan 5 Light Chandelier dimmable? Yes, as long as you fit dimmable E14 bulbs and use them with a compatible dimmer switch. Non dimmable bulbs will not dim even on a dimmer circuit.

Can this chandelier be hung close to the ceiling? Yes. The chain can be shortened so it converts to a semi flush fitting, or lengthened up to 94cm for a lower hanging pendant, so it works in rooms with lower ceilings as well as taller ones.
