Scrollwork with real presence
Five wrought arms curl outward from a slim central column, each one finished with a candle style light and a cut glass sconce that catches whatever light is nearby. Cascades of clear glass drops hang from the branches, and a cluster of antiqued leaves gathers at the top of the frame where the chain meets the fitting.
Bronze and gold together
The main frame is dressed in a deep bronze that reads almost black in a dim room, while the forged leaf details and candle sleeves are picked out in a warmer antique gold. Clear glass teardrops and a single crystal ball sit at the centre, adding a bit of sparkle without tipping the piece into anything too glitzy.
How it works
Each of the five arms takes an E14 candle bulb (not included), and the whole fitting is dimmable if you fit dimmable lamps. The chain drops from a minimum of 68cm down to a maximum of 146cm, so you can set the height to suit the room and whatever sits beneath it.
Where it works best
At 73cm across, this one wants a proper room to spread out in: over a dining table, in a tall hallway, or above a good sized console in a living room or bedroom.
