Elstead Aegean Single Wall Light - Polished Nickel

The Aegean wall light has a fluid, hand forged look, its curling metal frame sweeping from a circular backplate up to a single candle style bulb. Below the arm hangs a faceted crystal drop, with a twisted spiral pendant finishing things off underneath.

Polished Nickel

Cooler and brighter than a brass finish, this polished nickel plating has a mirror like quality that suits contemporary schemes just as easily as more traditional ones. It sits particularly well against pale or dark painted walls, where the reflections do a lot of the decorative work.

How It Works

A single E14 candle bulb slots into the nickel sconce above a faceted glass drip pan, so light spreads outward across the wall rather than glaring straight ahead. The hanging crystal drop adds a small flash of sparkle whenever the bulb is lit.

Where It Works Best

Because it projects just far enough from the wall without crowding the space, it fits neatly along a hallway, either side of a bed, or spaced along a dining room wall where you want layered light rather than one central pendant doing all the work.

This single wall light is also made as a ceiling version, and comes in Polished Brass and Aged Brass as well as this nickel finish, so there's room to match or contrast fittings between rooms.
