A Soft Flash of Crystal
The Aegean single wall light curls a slender metal arm up from a circular backplate to a single candle style bulb, with a faceted crystal drop and a twisted spiral finial hanging beneath it. It has the fluid, hand forged look of ironwork, softened by the sparkle of cut glass.
Polished Nickel
This steel frame is finished in polished nickel, a cooler and brighter tone than brass with a mirror like shine. Against a pale wall it throws back soft reflections; against a darker paint or wallpaper it stands out as a bright, sculptural line. The faceted crystal drop and cut glass drip pan pick up and scatter the same light.
How It Works
A single E14 candle bulb sits above a faceted glass drip pan, so light spreads out across the wall rather than glaring forward. Fit a dimmable bulb and the fitting will dim on a compatible dimmer switch. Aegean is wired directly into the wall rather than plugged in, so we recommend a qualified electrician handles the installation.
Where It Works Best
Because it projects just far enough from the wall without crowding the space, Aegean suits a run along a hallway, either side of a bed, or spaced along a dining room wall where you want layered light rather than one central pendant doing all the work.
Elstead Lighting
Aegean is part of the Elstead Lighting collection. The brand takes its name from The Elstead Forge in Alton, Hampshire, where its history began, and remains led by the same Lucas family today. The single wall light shown here is also made as a ceiling version, and comes in polished brass and aged brass as well as this polished nickel finish, so fittings can be matched or contrasted between rooms.

Do I need an electrician to install this wall light? Yes. Aegean is wired directly into the wall rather than plugged in, so we always recommend a qualified electrician handles the installation.
Is the Aegean wall light dimmable? Yes, as long as you fit a dimmable E14 bulb. A non dimmable bulb will not dim even on a dimmer switch circuit.
What bulb does the Aegean wall light take? It takes a single E14 candle bulb, and we recommend an E14 LED. The bulb is not included.
