The Diyas ILS20243 Contessa square medium shade does this beautifully, its crisp tapered square form measuring 16.5cm at the top and 30.5cm at the base for a smart, architectural profile.
Like the rest of the Contessa range, this lamp shade is fabric lined, giving the interior a clean, refined look and softening the light that escapes at top and bottom. It comes with a reducer ring, so it will sit happily on both standard and 22mm lamp holders.
Sold as a shade only, it makes an easy update for a table lamp in a living room, study or bedroom, and the black finish pairs especially well with chrome, brass or glass lamp bases in modern interiors.
