Eleven G9 lamp positions sit around the wide circular frame, each taking a bulb rated up to 10W (bulbs and shades not included). It's wired to Class I electrical standards, so it needs an earth connection as part of installation. At IP20, it's designed for dry indoor rooms only. Whether it dims depends on fitting dimmable G9 bulbs alongside a compatible dimmer switch.
