Sometimes a neon run cannot simply carry on in a straight line. There is a corner to get round, a joint to cross, or a gap between two sections that needs bridging without a visible strip of light running through it. It takes the electrical feed out of one length of LSNS side bend neon LED strip, carries it along a short flexible cable, and pushes it back into the next length so both sections light as one continuous circuit.

What comes in the pack

The kit is a small, tidy set of parts. How It Works

LSNS side bend neon can be cut to length at marked cut points every 50mm. Cutting exposes the two conductor pads inside the strip. You slide the cut end into one of the connector housings, line the pads up with the contacts, and close the housing so the contacts press home. Repeat that at the start of the next length. The link cable then plugs into both housings and completes the run. Polarity matters, so keep the positive and negative the same way round at both ends. No soldering is involved and no special tool is needed beyond a sharp blade to make a clean square cut. The connector carries the same low voltage supply the strip runs on, so it sits downstream of the 24V driver rather than replacing any part of it.

Where It Works Best

This is a problem solver for awkward geometry. It is the piece you reach for when a cove detail turns a corner and the strip cannot bend that way, when a run has to jump across an expansion joint or a movement gap, or when two sections of a long installation need joining after being cut to fit on site. It works equally well hidden inside an aluminium profile above a kitchen worktop, tucked under a stair nosing, buried in a plaster in shadow gap, or on an exterior soffit run where the strip has been specified for its sealed construction. Because the link cable gives you a bit of slack, it is also useful where a strip has to pass behind something solid, such as a bracket, a fixing point or a structural upstand, and cannot physically continue.
