The fitting takes twenty three E14 bulbs, 20W maximum each, bulbs not included. It's dimmable, provided you fit suitable dimmable lamps and use it with a compatible dimmer switch. It's wired to Class I electrical standards, so it needs an earth connection as part of installation. With an IP20 rating, it's designed for dry indoor spaces only and isn't suitable for bathrooms or other areas exposed to moisture.
