Five tiers of smoked glass shades wrap around this Cedar pendant, adding up to 18 lights on a polished nickel frame. Each arm is fitted for a G9 lamp, which keeps the structure delicate looking despite the number of lights involved. The smoked glass takes the edge off the brightness and gives the fitting a moodier, more atmospheric glow once it is switched on.

It is a piece that needs a bit of room to breathe, so a dining room, double height hallway, or stairwell tends to suit it best.
