Yes, the bulbs will be visible through the clear glass when the pendant is lit and when looking up from below. This is part of the design intent and adds to the decorative quality of the fitting. If you prefer hidden bulbs, choose the cognac or smoked glass versions instead.

Is clear glass easy to keep clean?
