How It Works

The shade houses a single integrated 16W LED producing around 1200 lumens at a warm 3000K colour temperature, spread across a 120 degree beam angle so the light lands broadly rather than in a tight pool. CRI is rated at 80. This pendant has no dimming function, so it should be run from a standard switch rather than a dimmer circuit. Height is set using the built in rise and fall mechanism, which allows the shade to travel between a 45cm minimum drop and a 200cm maximum, adjusted by hand at the cable.

At 48cm wide, this is the larger Calice size, sized for a proper dining table or kitchen island rather than a small side table. The black and white finish tends to suit contemporary schemes with plenty of contrast already in play, though a single black pendant can also work as a deliberate accent in an otherwise neutral room. Does the black finish show dust or fingerprints more than white?
Matt dark finishes can show light dust more visibly than white simply because of the contrast, though this is true of most matt black fittings rather than something specific to this pendant.
