Unlike the standard Buster Bulb range, this Smoked bulb is built specifically for the Forked collection, designed to sit inside Forked Ceiling and Pendant + Smoked Globe fittings rather than any generic fixture. It gives off a uniform, warm white glow through its smoked, polycarbonate shell, built for a more contemporary, cosy feel.

Choose Your Finish

This bulb only comes in Smoked, and only in a dimmable version, so there is no finish or switch type decision to make here. It exists purely to complete a Forked fixture, not to be swapped between other Buster + Punch ranges.

How It Works

This is a dimmable 5W LED bulb, needing an LED compatible dimmer switch such as the Buster + Punch Premium dimmer, though it also works on a standard on and off switch. It runs on a 220 to 240V AC supply, gives out 380 lumens with a CRI of 80, at a warm 2700K colour temperature, and is rated for around 25,000 hours, a shorter lifespan than the standard Buster Bulb given its higher output. It is UL marked and compatible with TRIAC dimming systems in support of DALI.

Where It Works Best

This bulb is designed exclusively for use with Forked Ceiling or Pendant + Smoked Globe combinations, so it is not intended as a general replacement bulb for other E27 fixtures in the range. If your Forked fitting only has a plain on and off switch, the bulb will simply run at full brightness with no dimming effect. It should not be swapped for a non-dimmable bulb if your circuit is on a dimmer, as that combination can cause flickering or buzzing.
