The Forked Globe Smoked Pendant hangs a handblown smoked glass sphere on an adjustable cable, with a fine vertical filament visible through the dark glass rather than a hidden bulb. Cast fork detailing and diamond cut linear knurling mark the fitting above it as unmistakably part of the Forked range.

Available in Brass, Gun Metal or Steel. Brass warms the metalwork against the dark glass, Gun Metal keeps everything low contrast and understated, and Steel gives the coolest, brightest read of the three.

How It Works

The fitting is cast and machined solid metal, refined by hand, holding a handblown smoked glass globe with no shade to cover it. It ships with the dimmable Buster Bulb, an E27 LED rated up to 7W, wired for 220 to 240V AC and rated IP20 for dry indoor use.

Where It Works Best

This is the Medium size, good for a single drop over a side table or a tight cluster over a small kitchen counter. The Large version of this same smoked globe suits a dining table or an island where you want more scale. Being the pendant rather than the Ceiling version, the 3000mm cable can be trimmed by an electrician to hang at exactly the height you need.

Before Buster + Punch existed, Massimo Buster Minale trained and worked as an architect, contributing to major projects at firms including Richard Rogers. Outside of work he restored motorbikes in a garage in Shoreditch, and the brand grew out of the belief that everyday fittings deserved the same rigour he'd learned designing buildings.

Can I see the bulb through the glass?
Yes, the smoked glass is dark but still shows the shape of the filament bulb inside.

How far can I lower it?
The cable runs to 3000mm and can be shortened by a qualified electrician to suit your ceiling height.

Is there a version without a cable?
Yes, the Forked Ceiling Smoked Globe uses the same globe but mounts flush to the ceiling with no drop.
