An RJ45 Network Point for a Buster + Punch Plate
This 45mm module fits an RJ45 ethernet connection into a Buster + Punch plate, giving you a wired network point that looks like the rest of your switches and sockets rather than a plastic data faceplate.
How It Connects
It is a pass through connector for a wired network cable, not a switch or power socket. There is no mains connection inside the module itself. As with any data point, the cable behind the wall needs to be run back to a router or network switch for it to work. Fitting sits alongside the surrounding plate and circuit work, so it is best left to someone competent with this kind of installation, following standard electrical practice for anything else on the same plate.

Good for a home office, media cabinet or anywhere you want a reliable wired connection instead of relying on WiFi, without the socket looking out of place.

Buster + Punch was founded in 2013 by Massimo Buster Minale, an architect who had worked at practices including Foster + Partners before spending his evenings building custom motorbikes by hand in a Shoreditch garage, machining every part himself. That habit of engineering a complete system from interchangeable parts is exactly why a network point can sit in the same plate as a light switch and look like it belongs there.
