An HDMI Pass Through for a Buster + Punch Plate
This 45mm module carries an HDMI connection through a Buster + Punch plate, so a screen or projector can be wired to the equipment behind the wall without a cable trailing across the floor.
How It Connects
It is a pass through connector, not a switch or a power socket. There is no mains connection inside the module itself, it simply carries the HDMI signal from one side of the plate to the other. Because it sits within a plate that may also hold mains rated modules, the surrounding circuit and plate fitting should still follow standard electrical practice, and fitting is best left to someone competent with this kind of installation.
Where It Works Best
Ideal behind a wall mounted TV or in a media wall, where you want a clean HDMI connection point rather than a cable running visibly to a skirting socket.
