Harte Victorian 0.56m Traditional Bulkhead Light - Galvanised Steel

This 0.56 metre bulkhead light takes the shape of a half lantern, cut so it sits flat and neat against the wall while still reading as a full Victorian style lantern from the front. It is one of the larger bulkhead fittings in the Traditional range within Harte's Heritage collection.

Galvanised steel construction

Built from galvanised steel and 0.2 metres wide, the half lantern shape keeps the fitting close to the wall rather than projecting outward. It is glazed with hand cut glass and fitted with an E27 bulb holder, finished in the standard gloss black with other colours available on request.

How it works

The flat back and sleek half lantern shape are designed to maximise how much light spreads outward from the wall while keeping the fitting itself slim, so it reads as a full lantern without taking up the depth of one.

Where it works best

At 0.56 metres, this bulkhead is most often bought in pairs either side of an entrance doorway, where its size gives a confident, symmetrical look without either fitting projecting far off the wall.
