Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion
1.1 This competition (the "Promotion") is run by Moonlight Design Ltd ("the Promoter", "we", "us", "our") of 114 Station Road, London, Chingford, E4 6AB.
1.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, participants must submit a video showing how they have styled Moonlight Design lighting products in their home. Suitable formats include, but are not limited to: a simple showcase of your Moonlight purchases in situ, a before-and-after video, an installation video, or any other creative approach.
2.2 Entrants must submit the following alongside their video:
- Full name
- Social media handle
- Email address

2.4 One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
2.5 The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 25th September 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Moonlight Design and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
3.2 Entrants must own the rights to the video they submit and must not include any third party (including children) without that person's, or their parent/guardian's, consent.
3.3 Videos must not contain any content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes the rights of any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it considers inappropriate at its sole discretion.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will be selected to receive a £100 Moonlight Design voucher ("the Prize").
4.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.3 The winner will also be considered for feature on Moonlight Design's social media channels, though this is not guaranteed for every entrant.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winning entry will be chosen by a panel at Moonlight Design, judged on creativity, visual quality and how well the product is showcased. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 The winner will be notified via the email address or social media handle provided within 6 months of the Closing Date.
6. Use of Content
6.1 By submitting a video, entrants grant Moonlight Design a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish the submitted content (including name and social media handle) across our social media channels, website and in advertising and marketing materials, in any format now known or later developed.
6.2 Entrants retain ownership of their original content but agree that Moonlight Design may use it as set out in clause 6.1 without further payment or notice.
6.3 Where possible, we will credit the entrant's social media handle when featuring their content, though this is not guaranteed.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal information (name, social media handle and email address) collected as part of this Promotion will be used solely to administer the competition and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.
7.2 Entrants' data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.moonlightdesign.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy, and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any stage if deemed necessary, without prior notice.
8.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
8.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
