The glass wraps around the sides and sits under the light as a flat disc, and the lamps show through as a gentle sparkle. At 13cm high it keeps close to the ceiling, and the IP44 rating means it can go in a bathroom.

Choosing Your Glass and Finish

Clear diamond pattern glass lets you see the lamps and the brass inside, so this one feels more open and decorative than the stone effect options. Brass picks up the warm glow of the lamps and suits golden taps and warm tiles. If you prefer a softer, more even light, look at the brown or grey faux alabaster versions of the same round light. Painted bronze and satin nickel finishes are available too, and the Norton range also has a square ceiling light and a rectangular wall light.

Sizes and Specifications

Size

Dimensions

Light Source

SKU

25cm

Diameter 25cm, height 13cm

2 x E14

MD206717BR/C/CL

40cm

Diameter 40cm, height 13cm

4 x E14

MD206719BR/C/CL

How It Works

Pick the 25cm size for two E14 lamps or the 40cm size for four. The light dims when you use suitable dimmable lamps with a compatible dimmer. This is a Class I fitting and it requires an earth connection. The clear glass catches the light nicely over a mirror wall, a vanity area or a pale tiled bathroom. It is just as happy in a hallway, a landing or a small kitchen where headroom is limited. Choose 25cm for a compact space and 40cm for a roomier one.

Good to Know

Two sizes, 25cm or 40cm across, both 13cm high

25cm size has 2 E14 lamp holders, 40cm size has 4

E14 lamps not included

Dimmable with suitable dimmable lamps and a compatible dimmer

Class I electrical rating, requires an earth connection

IP44 rated, suitable for bathroom use

Brass finish frame with clear diamond pattern glass

1 year warranty

We would always recommend having it installed by a qualified electrician

Unfortunately we're unable to deliver this item to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, Jersey or Guernsey

Questions People Ask

Can I use the clear glass Norton round ceiling light in a bathroom?
Yes.
