The smooth drum has a soft sheen, while the dark grey wood slats and black metal below look deep and smoky. In our photos Slate is a dark charcoal brown with a faint sheen, and it sits almost as one with the black base. Stone is a coppery bronze that glows warm against the dark frame. These are not pale neutrals, so rely on the photos rather than the names when deciding. The shade is supplied with the lamp. There is also a polished nickel and taupe wood version of this satin lamp, which has a brighter, lighter base.

Shade Options and Specifications

Shade Colour

Shade Size

Lamp Dimensions

Light Source

SKU

Slate

40 x 22cm

Diameter 40cm, height 69cm

1 x E27

MD206246BL/SL

Stone

40 x 22cm

Diameter 40cm, height 69cm

1 x E27

MD206246BL/ST

How It Works

One E27 lamp holder sits under the shade. The Stone shade suits a reading corner, where the coppery glow looks warm beside a leather armchair or dark timber.
