The proportions are what set it apart. The tall stem lifts the shade well clear of the backplate, so the fitting feels light and elegant on the wall rather than chunky, and the warm orange print gives it a cheerful, sunny character.

Antique Brass With A Pleated Faux Silk Shade

The diamond wall back is solid cast zinc, hand crafted and finished in a soft brass patina. The stepped edges catch the light and give the plate a little depth. From the centre of the plate a steel stem in the same antique brass finish rises to an authentic brass B22 lamp holder.

The tapered shade is handmade from digitally printed faux silk in an apricot orange zigzag, gathered into fine pleats with taped edges top and bottom and a plain inner lining. Lit, the orange glows and the white chevrons soften. Unlit, the pattern stays sharp and bright against the brass.

How It Works

This is a hardwired wall light rated Class I. It takes one B22 bayonet LED bulb of up to 7W, which is not included. It is dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The shade comes in its own box and sits over the lamp holder once the wall fitting is up.

We recommend that this fitting is installed by a qualified electrician.

Where It Works Best

At 36.5cm high, 16cm wide and 20.5cm projection from the wall, the Diamond Tall is slim enough for narrow stretches of wall but tall enough to make a statement. Try one each side of a bed where a bedside table is too small for a lamp, in pairs along a hallway, or flanking a mirror in a dining room. The apricot orange shade warms up cool grey and white panelled walls and looks especially rich against terracotta, dusky pink or deep green.

Made By Endon Lighting

Endon Lighting is a British brand with a design heritage of more than 80 years. Its UK based design team likes to combine contemporary influences with timeless decorative styles, and the Diamond Tall is a good example: a classic antique brass wall bracket, stretched into a taller, cleaner silhouette and finished with a bold apricot orange shade so it feels at home in modern interiors.

Good to Know

Dimensions: 36.5cm height, 16cm width, 20.5cm projection from the wall

Weight: 0.88kg

Materials: cast zinc backplate, steel stem, fabric shade

Finish: antique brass patina with an apricot orange zigzag faux silk shade

Bulb: 1 x B22 LED, 7W maximum, not included

Dimmable with a dimmable LED bulb and compatible dimmer switch

Electrical rating: Class I, IP20, for dry indoor rooms only

Supplied in two boxes, wall fitting and shade, simple self assembly

Care: brush the shade gently or use a lint roller, and wipe the brass with a soft dry cloth

Warranty: 2 year Endon Lighting manufacturer's warranty

We recommend all lighting is installed by a qualified electrician

Questions People Ask

Do I need an electrician to fit the Diamond Tall wall light?
Yes, this is a hardwired wall fitting and should always be installed by a qualified electrician.

What bulb does the Diamond Tall wall light take?
One B22 bayonet LED bulb of up to 7W.
