endon-diamond-angle-leaf-16cm-wall
Endon Diamond Angle Wall Light - Antique Brass & Leaf 16cm Herb Garden Green Fabric Shade

A Cast Brass Diamond With A Green Leaf Shade

The Diamond Angle wall light takes a stepped diamond backplate in antique brass, adds a crisp right angled arm, and tops it with a 16cm pleated shade printed with a scattered leaf pattern in herb garden green on an off white ground. It is a compact antique brass wall light with a slightly architectural feel, softened by a shade that looks like it came straight from a country kitchen garden.

Antique Brass Casting With A Pleated Faux Linen Leaf Shade

The diamond wall back is hand crafted from solid cast steel and finished in a brass patina, so the surface has a mottled, lightly aged look rather than a polished shine. Two small screws sit in the outer points of the diamond. The arm runs straight out from the centre and turns sharply upward to an authentic brass B22 lamp holder.

The shade is handmade with gathered pleats in a tapered shape. The fabric is a digitally printed faux linen with a leafy green print, finished with taped edges and a plain inner lining. With the light on, the linen weave glows a warm gold through the pleats and the green leaves stand out against it. With the light off, it reads as a fresh green and white print.

How It Works

This is a hardwired, wall mounted fitting rated Class I. It takes one B22 bayonet LED bulb of up to 7W, which is not supplied, and it is dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The shade comes in its own box and sits over the lamp holder once the wall fitting is in place.

We recommend that this fitting is installed by a qualified electrician.

Where It Works Best

At 25.5cm high, 16cm wide and 19.5cm projecting from the wall, this is a gentle accent light rather than a main light source. It suits a bedside position, a pair either side of a mirror or fireplace, or a single light on a landing or hallway wall. The green leaf lamp shade works especially well with cream, sage and soft grey walls, painted panelling and natural oak furniture.

Made By Endon Lighting

Endon Lighting is a British brand with a design heritage of more than 80 years. Its UK based design team likes to combine contemporary influences with timeless decorative styles, and the Diamond Angle shows that balance well. The cast brass backplate is pure tradition, while the green leaf print shade is the kind of detail that makes it feel designed for modern interiors.

Good to Know

Dimensions: 25.5cm height, 16cm width, 19.5cm projection from the wall

Weight: 0.74kg

Materials: cast steel backplate, steel arm and fabric shade

Finish: antique brass patina with a herb garden green leaf print faux linen shade

Bulb: 1 x B22 LED, 7W maximum, not included

Dimmable with a dimmable LED bulb and compatible dimmer switch

Electrical rating: Class I

IP20, for dry indoor rooms only

Supplied as two boxes, the wall fitting and the shade, with simple self assembly

Care: brush the shade gently with a soft brush or lint roller and wipe the brass with a dry cloth

Warranty: 2 year Endon Lighting manufacturer's warranty

We recommend all lighting is installed by a qualified electrician

Questions People Ask

Do I need an electrician to fit the Diamond Angle wall light?
Yes, this is a hardwired wall fitting and should always be installed by a qualified electrician.

Is the Diamond Angle wall light dimmable?
Yes, it dims when used with a dimmable B22 LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.
