Are the lights supplied with bulbs?
Unless specified otherwise, the majority of our light fittings are not supplied with bulbs. We always recommend purchasing the bulbs from a local hardware store or supermarket (as this tends to be the most cost-effective option).
How do I know which bulbs I need?

Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?
Due to high order volumes during sale periods, there may be a delay in processing and shipping
Do you offer trade quotes?
If you are a tradesperson and would like us to provide a trade quotation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you would like to purchase, the quantities and your delivery address.
What discount do I get if I'm a trade customer?
We do not offer a set 'fixed' percentage across all products, this varies brand by brand.
How do I exchange my order for something else?
We do not offer exchanges, however, if you want to return your order for a different fitting, you will need to order the new product at the same time/before sending the unwanted item back.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds can take up to 15 working days to appear in your account from the date the parcel is returned. If you return more than one item, the items may not all be processed at the same time.
Why haven't I received my refund yet?
For any refunds that do not arrive within the expected timeframes, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team via one of the contact options, including your email address and order number/receipt.
