Terms

Delivery
Delivery is £15.00 inc. VAT for UK mainland by overnight courier Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery and contents insurance are extra and chargeable. Delivery discrepancies or damage claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. Moonlight Design will not be held responsible for lamp damage in transit.
The following applies to timed deliveries:

• Before 9am £25.00
• Before 10.30am £20.00
• Before Noon £18.00
• Saturday (until 12noon only) £35.00

Please note we aim to have all orders delivered within the specified time, however we cannot guarantee this as once the packages leave us we are relying on the courier. To avoid delays please order your lights as early as possible.

Orders
We aim to fulfil all orders within 2 days on receipt of payment but out of stock items may take up to 21 days to complete.
Cancellation of orders can be made prior to despatch without any penalty.

Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to despatch/collection. Orders can be paid by credit and debit cards or cheque made payable to Moonlight Design Ltd. Payment by cheque may take up to 5 days to clear.

Warranty
Due to variance in the quality of installation, warrantee claims are limited to replacement or repair at the discretion of Moonlight Design Ltd. Whilst all fittings are under warranty, lamp holders are a consumable item. In comparison 20 watt lamps, 50 watt lamps add greatly to the shortening of the lampholder life particularly in stainless steel luminaire and to a lesser degree copper luminaires. The lamp holder will need to be replaced periodically.

Returns
Any faulty lights will be replaced on a like for like basis. Faults or damage occurring from lack of care or mishandling will be chargeable at the full rate. Returned orders will be liable to a 25% re-stocking charge
Installation Where supply only, Moonlight Design Ltd is not responsible for installing these lights. It is highly recommended that a qualified electrician is employed to install external lighting. Upon installation please make sure that all flanges are screwed firm (not over tight) so water is unable to get into the fittings. When replacing lamps please ensure that the ‘O’ ring and lens remains free of dust and grit.

Prices
Discount applies to light fittings only and does not include the accessories. Prices are correct at time of going to press.
Moonlight Design Ltd reserves the right to changes price without prior notice. All prices are subject to VAT.

Notes
Please note that copper and bronze fittings will age over time. All powder coat fittings are UV stable. All glass lenses carry a lifetime warranty on lens breakage.
All transformers are double insulated, suitable for total burial have an IP67 rating and carry a five year replacement warranty. Please note that inground transformers should be buried horizontally not vertical. Moonlight Design Ltd external transformers carry a five year replacement warranty. These IP67 rated transformers are suitable for total burial and have a self-resetting thermal cut-off to protect against overload. These can be used with leading edge dimmers.
