METHODS OF PAYMENT
Moonlight Design aims to fulfill all orders placed online through our shop within 2 business days of receiving your order, but out of stock items may take up to 21 days. Moonlight Design will contact you if there is a delay in fulfilling your order. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering on-line. Please confirm in writing to Moonlight Design by email or fax. Orders will be delivered free within the UK mainland by 2/3 day courier Monday to Friday. Timed delivery and Saturday delivery incur an extra charge as follows: Before noon (weekday) + £25.00 Before noon (Saturday) + £35.00 Delivery discrepancies or damage claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. At our discretion some orders will be despatched via Royal Mail first class post. Please note we aim to have all orders delivered within the specified time. However, we cannot guarantee this as once the packages leave us they become the responsibility of the courier who should deliver them between 9.00-5.30pm. To avoid delays please order your lights as early as possible.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND AND INTERNATIONAL Please contact the Moonlight Design office where we will be able to take your order and advise you on how to pay and any additional delivery charges. All prices are quoted in GBP sterling and are inclusive of VAT, currently at 15%. If you live outisde the United Kingdom, UK sales tax does not apply and will not be included in your invoice total. Moonlight Design Limited does not take any responsibility for customs or import duties once your order reaches your country. |
